Rep. Barney Frank has presented legislative amendments to the Treasury, leaked to Bloomberg News/Yahoo. The only item that reporters Stern and Brinsley cite provides for oversight by the Comptroller-General, but Frank is also on record as demanding crimps on executive compensation and protection for homeowners.
